Finished creative work: art, books, videos, code, and other things that don't fit neatly into the other boxes. The stuff that's done-done, and the stuff close enough to done that it's earned a spot on the shelf.

Code & Research

Cryptographic AI security tools, quantum-vacuum simulators, GPU memory hacks, hexmap generators. If it's weird enough to be interesting and useful enough to ship, it ends up in the workshop. Most of it's open source.

• CrabMeat open source
  Security-first local AI gateway. Runs multi-LLM agents over WebSocket with effect-classified tools, signed audit chains, and prompt-injection defenses. TypeScript.
• SIGIL open source
  Cryptographic security layer for LLM governance. Ed25519-signed prompts, data-governance decorators, and Merkle-chained audit logs. Pure Python, runs entirely local.
• Squad Code open source
  Streaming coding-agent CLI that routes one event loop to DeepSeek, Claude, OpenAI, or local Ollama. Permission-gated, with JSONL session transcripts and a sandboxed autonomous mode.
• Nothing Engine open source
  Dynamical Casimir simulator. Evolves scalar-field modes against moving plates with radiation back-reaction: quantum vacuum friction you can actually run.
• Hexploit open source
  Hexmap generator for tabletop campaigns.
• PhantomRAM research
  Makes a cheap NVMe drive behave like extra memory for inference, deterministic prefetch from disk so large models run on small hardware. Working prototype.
• FlashBulb local
  Generative image editor that runs FLUX.2 on a single 16 GB GPU. Instruction-guided inpainting, reference-driven generation, and reproducible darkroom finishing.
• PolyGlot in progress
  Natural-language computing layer: hit a hotkey from any app, type what you want in plain language, and it dispatches to a local gateway to actually carry it out. The front door to the CrabMeat stack. In active development.

Tools Headed to Market

Desktop tools built for my own pipelines that grew up into products. Live releases and the packaged launch queue now have a dedicated shop page.

• Hoardmark Item Forge v0.1.0
  Provenance-stamped magic-item cards for tabletop games. Every card carries a Forge Code QR that verifies where it came from. 141 tests passing, print-and-play output.
• KopyKat v0.1.0
  Clipboard transfer by photons: moves encrypted text between two machines through the screen and a camera, no network involved. Codec and crypto verified on real two-machine hardware.
• Stutterbox v0.1.0
  Recorder for QA and bug reproduction that captures change events instead of video frames, chained with tamper-evident hashes. Scrub a session like a timeline, prove nobody edited it.
• Pixel Palette Pro for sale
  Retro-console pixel sprite editor with system-locked palettes (NES, SNES, GBA, Genesis, Game Boy), layers, reference tracing, and animation preview.
• Sonikk release candidate
  Chiptune composer that emulates NES, SNES, and Namco N163 sound hardware in software and exports seamless-looping game music.

Ink & Prose

The long-form work. Bigger than a zine, slower than code, and the closest thing this page has to a heart.

• Reaper Girl manga · in pitch
  An inked first issue, a series bible, and a stack of finished PSD pages. The pitch package includes the sell sheet, character sheets, arc summary, and selected pages. Final assembly remains.
• Afterlife.exe novel · second draft
  A 68,770-word novel with a bounded publication revision plan. Missing scenes, continuity, chaptering, terminology, and proof remain before release.

The short-form ink lives on the zines page. Finished horror lives on the fiction page. Novels and collections have a dedicated books shelf.

Visual Work

A decade in Photoshop. Branding and logos, YouTube thumbnails, layout and print design, most of it done for hire under other people's names. That's the job.

The visual work that carries my own name now is the zines: the covers and the interior pages are drawn, set, and laid out here. Easiest place to see the hand is the zines page.

Film & Performance

Short films including "Sin," "No Reception," and "Zealot" as actor and director, and stage work before that ("Cinderella," "Peter Pan"). Stills and clips join the pile as I dig them out of old drives.
