Code & Research

Cryptographic AI security tools, quantum-vacuum simulators, GPU memory hacks, hexmap generators. If it's weird enough to be interesting and useful enough to ship, it ends up in the workshop. Most of it's open source.

• CrabMeat open source
  Security-first local AI gateway. Runs multi-LLM agents over WebSocket with effect-classified tools, signed audit chains, and prompt-injection defenses. TypeScript.
• SIGIL open source
  Cryptographic security layer for LLM governance. Ed25519-signed prompts, data-governance decorators, and Merkle-chained audit logs. Pure Python, runs entirely local.
• Squad Code open source
  Streaming coding-agent CLI that routes one event loop to DeepSeek, Claude, OpenAI, or local Ollama. Permission-gated, with JSONL session transcripts and a sandboxed autonomous mode.
• Nothing Engine open source
  Dynamical Casimir simulator. Evolves scalar-field modes against moving plates with radiation back-reaction — quantum vacuum friction you can actually run.
• Hexploit open source
  Hexmap generator for tabletop campaigns.
• PhantomRAM research
  Makes a cheap NVMe drive behave like extra memory for inference — deterministic prefetch from disk so large models run on small hardware. Working prototype.
• FlashBulb local
  Generative image editor that runs FLUX.2 on a single 16 GB GPU. Instruction-guided inpainting, reference-driven generation, and reproducible darkroom finishing.
• PolyGlot in progress
  Natural-language computing layer: hit a hotkey from any app, type what you want in plain language, and it dispatches to a local gateway to actually carry it out. The front door to the CrabMeat stack. In active development.

Visual Work

A decade in Photoshop. Branding and logos, YouTube thumbnails, layout and print design — most of it done for hire, under other people's names. That's the job.

The visual work that carries my own name now is the zines: the covers and the interior pages are drawn, set, and laid out here. Easiest place to see the hand is the zines page.
